The staff in here always seems very nice and friendly so I would definitely give them 5 stars. I'm not a mixed coffee drinker, just black with cream when I go here and it's always delicious. But SW Florida...what's up with the lack of independent donut shops? We have 2 choices it seems, grocery store donuts or Dunkin' Donuts, neither of which are very good. Getting a hot, homemade style donut is one of life's little pleasure, Dunkin' donuts don't fit into that category. Or an apple fritter that crunchy on the sides:) I don't miss much about So Cal but the amazing little donuts shops they had, I definitely miss! I know there's Bennett's but it's kind of on the fancy, coffee shop side...just a nice, little, unassuming donut shop would be perfect:)

This has to be the worse dunkin donuts I have ever been to. I just moved to the are and this is my third time here, their service is horrible, the young kids behind the counter are slow and untrained. All 3 time I have been here, they had our orders wrong and it takes way too long to be able to order and extremely long to even receive your order. I will definitely stay away from here

Visited this store today to buy one dozen donuts. Gave a $20 bill to clerk and she gave me change for $10. (Cost of donuts was $7.29). I explained that I was positive I gave her a $20 because I only had a $5 and $20 in my wallet and I gave the $20 to her. She told me there were no $20's in the cash drawer and I asked her to open the drawer and there were a load of $20's and one ten. Even though I was positive I gave her a $20 I didn't have any recourse so I left my name and telephone number in case, at the end of the shift my $10 shows up. The clerk was a short dark haired girl, not very personable so watch out for het if you go here. Better yet, use a credit card. The donuts were good but not great and were soured by a clerk who doesn't think "the customer is always right". Charlotte Nelson

Oh Yeah! Florida! So.... it's Funkin Gonut's or nothing at 4 in the morning. The employees are actually really cool at this one. Gave us useful tips for our week running around down there...

This location has officially become a not so favorable Dunks. I'm being nice about the 2 star rating, because the product is great once you get the proper recipe. Apparently, it's National Coffee Day (9/29). If you stop in, you get a free small coffee. BUT, you have to show your mobile app to do it. Who knew? Coffee by the pound is being sold for $5.99 and the K-Cups are $7.99 for a box of 14. I originally went in thinking I could use a $1 off coupon on the K-Cups, but allegedly, "Corporate doesn't allow coupons on marked down items". What? Because the coffee is on sale, you can't use a coupon for a deeper discount. Well, take it off my receipt because I don't want it. Since you can only buy the box in the Dunks stores, it's a downer because I would be buying it more. Next was the whole coffee ordering shenanigans (fiasco). Last time I went in, there was a problem with the crew. I left feeling like it was being run by high school jocks that didn't know any better. Oh wait, it IS being run by high schoolers... but not all are jocks. They didn't seem to have a full brain between them. Today's ordeal was even worse - becauseI couldn't use the coupon for the coffee, I still wanted the free iced they were giving out. Unfortunately, I didn't have the mobile app, but the person I went in with did. Therein lies the problem. First, when asked if we need to show the app, we were told "nah, you don't have to". Okay, so order taken. Then, we were told they need to see the app. Okay, pull it up. Thirdly, we were told there's no barcode to scan on the app coupon so they can't take it. Really? We came in because it said it's coffee day! This is not a jailbroken phone. It is not a hacked DD app. The kid ended up taking the coupon, how, I don't know, for both coffees. One was a French Vanilla, iced, sugar only. The one was a Pumpkin, iced, regular. Because they were free, there was no money exchanged. So we stood there, like "what do we do? Go to the next counter?" as the transaction was still open. The kid said "You're good", so we ended up at the pick up counter. We are standing there, waiting for our iced, and there's a small hot that looks like it was over filled, as coffee is pooling on the counter. No one has claimed it. Next, a worker hands us a medium French Vanilla, regular, hot. Not ours. "You sure? You're next". No, not ours. "What did you order?" "Iced FV and iced Pumpkin". Oh. They throw out the two coffees that are now sitting around and the next customer (after us) gets his medium iced handed to him. While we still wait for ours. The kid comes back to question us on our order. He didn't know how to make two coffees and their flavors. We explained again, what we wanted. 15 minutes go by and people get their orders. Half were mistakes, half were right. By the time our coffee is handed over, the French Vanilla was in fact an original blend and the Pumpkin syrup is filling up the bottom of the cup. How can this place be run correctly, especially when "America runs on Dunkin'", but the staff hired can't even be trained right? Last year, the limited crew they had (always the same 3 kids), was sooo much better. Things ran smoother. I always went in because they were friendly and honestly tried. You could tell they were genuine. This crew is too busy joking behind the counter with each other, playing on their smart phones (the one heating the sandwiches had his phone on the counter they use to prepare the sammies), or just plain old too busy playing behind the counter to see what's going on around them. I swear, I love Dunkin Donuts, but they are too far and few between down here. The establishments I can get to, seem to be messing up orders or refusing orders big time. Will I continue to go to this one? I honestly can't say. I wish my answer was "hell yes!", but my last few trips in are making me change my mind about the franchise...
